I don't believe in "One-Method-fits-all".

Every individual is different, therefore everyone deserves a personalized program. Nobody starts learning instruments with perfect muscle control! Some people have to focus on building their finger muscles, whereas others have to focus on relaxing their muscles that aren't needed to play and which can potentially cause harm.

If I, as a teacher, push too fast on one subject or hang on to one subject for too long, suddenly learning music will become not fun anymore, and it's easy to blame yourself for not having any "talent" in music. Well, I don't believe that you don't have any talent in music. If someone tells you otherwise, including yourself, try one more time with me. I promise learning music and making music with your own hands, is really fun!

I specialize in fixing bad habits and rebuilding a relationship between you and music. And if you don't have any background in learning music, even better! Allow me handle the stressful part of complicated music, and you can just enjoy learning music with one-bite-sized lesson, specially designed to fit you, at a time.

I teach Violin and Piano, and I do both at the same time. If this is your first time learning how to read music sheets, I strongly recommend the Piano+Violin lesson even if you just want to learn violin. You don't need a full-size piano for this, and it will really help you in the long run.

As you can see, I focus on an individual's experience, so I don't take lots of students. I just moved to Toronto and am willing to take on a few students from this city.
